Parsippany, N.J.,  – Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (Resource Realty) has welcomed three new principal-level appointments to its growing executive leadership team, announced Thomas Consiglio, principal and founder. In these new roles, Gregory Sabato of Westfield, Brian Wilson of Succasunna and Scott Peck of Basking Ridge will help shape and guide the Parsippany, N.J.-based firm’s brokerage activities and expanding geographic footprint while remaining active on the transaction front.

Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey, which specializes in dispositions, acquisitions and leasing of office, and industrial/warehouse properties as well as land development, is one of three offices in the state focusing on a specific New Jersey Metro – North, Central and South Jersey. Each office is independently owned and operated, with the North Jersey branch led by Consiglio since being established in 1990.

In addition to fortifying the firm’s presence across the state’s northernmost counties for more than three decades, Consiglio is credited with expanding Resource Realty’s brokerage activities into New York State’s Rockland and Orange counties.

“By welcoming Greg, Brian and Scott as principals we are recognizing their outstanding transactional achievements and market expertise, which they will harness to chart our firm’s future organic and strategic growth,” said Consiglio, SIOR, who is one of the leading industrial and office brokerage practitioners in the market. “Collectively and as individuals, they are accomplished, high-caliber team players committed to putting our clients first while deploying a vision for advancing and strengthening our presence in the marketplace.”

The coveted SIOR designation, which is also held by all three newly named principals, provides clients with local knowledge and market intelligence locally, regionally, nationally and globally. Thanks to the strength of this affiliation, Resource Realty regularly leverages the SIOR global network of more than 3,900 commercial real estate brokerage specialists to meet the needs of its diverse client base.

Sabato’s tenure at Resource Realty dates back to 2007, when he joined the firm as a vice president. A leading market expert, he notably orchestrated a 187,000-SF long-term industrial lease at East Hanover Commerce Park, located at 151 Ridgedale Ave., in Morris County last year. In the transaction, Sabato represented the tenant, Best Way Trucking, a third-party logistics and warehousing service firm. Another highlight from 2023 included an 84,000-SF lease extension and expansion at 80 Passaic Ave., in Fairfield, N.J. The property is owned by Cohen Asset Management. Sabato represented the tenant, Phillip Jefferies, Ltd., a distributor of high-end wallpaper and design services.

Wilson also brings 20 years’ commercial real estate experience to his new management team role. In Q1 2024, he closed an 87,500-SF warehouse/industrial lease within the newly developed five-star Bridge Point 78 Park in Phillipsburg, N.J. Arranged on behalf of Ten Strawberry Street, a Denver-based tabletop and home goods supplier, the property is located at 2000 Rand Ave. In other tenant-representation activity, Wilson also arranged four new leases totaling 165,000 SF across Morris County for Armstrong Relocation, one of the largest moving companies in the Northeast with a total of 32 locations throughout the region.

Rounding out Resource Realty’s latest upper-management promotions is Peck, a 39-year commercial real estate brokerage veteran who, along with Consiglio, represented ownership in the build-to-suit development of 500,000+ SF for Royal Wine in New York State’s Orange County. Additionally, the team orchestrated the sale of two land sites acquired by Brookfield Properties totaling 100 acres. Approved for two buildings totaling 725,000 SF that are currently under construction, Brookfield also has retained Consiglio and Peck as the exclusive leasing agents for both properties.
