PRINCETON, N.J. – WithumSmith+Brown PC (Withum), a top-30 audit, tax and advisory firm, has named Human Resources Associate Pam Rojvirat of the law firm Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas (Hoagland Longo) its second Strength Stories campaign honoree. As the Administrative Strength Award recipient, the Middlesex County resident is being recognized as a committed team player who goes above and beyond the call of duty.
Launched this year, Withum’s Strength Stories campaign was created as a recognition program for the general business community to spotlight employee excellence. Rojvirat and all future winners will have the opportunity to appear and share their strength story in a radio commercial aired on Bloomberg Radio.
Acknowledged for making it her mission to ensure every new employee has a smooth transition, Rojvirat personally contacts new hires and sends a welcome package. She also regularly follows up and sees to it their workstation is properly established and stocked. In addition, Rojvirat continually fosters open communication to keep everyone apprised of the firm’s internal events and various resources.
