Orlando, FL – WithumSmith+Brown, PC (Withum) a leading certified public accounting and advisory firm, has completed the relocation of 110 team members from its East Concord Street and Altamonte Springs locations to 200 South Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL. The top-30 nationally ranked firm concluded a comprehensive sustainable buildout of the new 19,530-square-foot first-class office space by incorporating recycled content and diverting 15,589 pounds of construction waste from landfills. All team members from its former locations were successfully moved in as of the beginning of this month.
The Orlando office expansion is the third in Withum’s recent sustainable office redesign trilogy. In addition to the office expansion/relocation of its Whippany and East Brunswick, NJ, offices, the firm also expanded its New York City operations with the addition of 25,000 square feet in the Garment District.

Located in the heart of downtown at the corner of Church Street and Orange Avenue, Withum is located on the 12th floor of the highly visible office tower. Known as the SunTrust Center, it is easily accessible from I-4 and The SR 408 Expressway. On-site conveniences for tenants and their guests include an attached parking garage, banking center and a restaurant.
“As anticipated, the relocation has gone smoothly and we have been ‘up and running,’ business as usual, since the start of the new year,” added Kayla Rodriguez, Orlando office manager, who spearheaded the design and move-in. She also noted all of the office phone numbers and fax numbers will remain the same and have been re-routed from their former locations.
Withum collaborated with Aztec Total Architecture; DIRTT Environmental Solutions; Dancker; Workscapes; BishopBeale; and Piedmont Realty Trust on the project.

- Team member workspaces featuring modular workstations; informal, open-concept gathering areas; energy-efficient lighting and contemporary floor-to-ceiling glass elements to create an atmosphere of transparency.

DIRTT utilizes prefab interiors with cost certainty, minimal waste, faster lead times and a precise fit and finish.
In total, 15,589 pounds of construction waste were diverted from landfills. The build-out of 1,392 linear feet was completed in 26 days, with power and data premanufactured and inspection ready.
