Milburn and Denville, N.J. [Oct. 15, 2025] – Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) has secured two new office leases, one of which involves a newly constructed office space in downtown Millburn. The second involves Professional Plaza at 3155 Route 10 in Denville, a major Morris County retail corridor with proximity to Downtown Denville, a Main Street America district.

Small- and mid-sized businesses are increasingly seeking out properties that offer high-walk-score access to lifestyle services, restaurants and entertainment, said RRNNJ Principal Brian Wilson, exclusive leasing agent for the Millburn propertyIt’s about creating a workspace that serves as an anchor for and extension of vibrant live-work-relax communities.

Located at 378 Millburn Ave., the mixeduse building is located in the heart of Downtown Millburn, a walkable three blocks from the train station. The entire 5,000 SF second floor was leased to a national real estate companyshowcasing the strong demand for Class A office space in the region.

The two-story property features street-level retail options, electricvehicle charging stations and elevator access, providing tenants with substantial flexibility and convenient access to local amenities. Millburn, a southwestern suburban township in Essex County, is part of what is commonly referred to as the Short Hills region.

Wilson, who brokered the transaction on behalf of the landlord, added that the surge in demand for downtown office space is being driven by businesses of all sizes looking to foster a company culture that balances convenience with community.

Several municipalities across Northern New Jersey offer the complete package for businesses – a blend of top-tier amenities with seamless access to regional transportation networks, all supported by the strong demographics that make the region attractive for owners and tenants across the professional services sector,” added Wilson.

In Denville, Wilson and Principal Greg Sabato represented the landlord, Woodmont Properties, in arranging a new lease on behalf of a medical-related services provider.
