“25 for 25” initiative benefits families impacted by domestic violence

Parsippany, N.J. (January 6, 2026) – Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) has successfully concluded its community holiday-gift donation drive benefiting Morristown-based JBWS, formerly known as Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter, held as part of the firm’s “25 for 25” initiative. The campaign was launched in recognition of Office Manager Linda Julien’s 25 years at RRNNJ, celebrating her leadership and longstanding dedication to both the firm and the communities it serves.

The drive collected donated items and online contributions in support of JBWS, an organization dedicated to helping survivors of domestic violence and their families. The response from the RRNNJ community was strong, with donations arriving early and in significant volume – leading the firm to decorate and fill two collection boxes to accommodate larger gifts. Last year alone, holiday efforts helped provide Christmas gifts for more than 500 children, underscoring the importance and reach of community-driven efforts like this one. Thanks to the collective generosity of the RRNNJ community, the goal was reached in both spirit and impact.

“The ‘25 for 25’ initiative was designed to mark a meaningful milestone while supporting an organization doing vital work in our community,” said Julien. “I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who contributed and helped make this effort possible.”

RRNNJ also recognizes its partners at TeamPar, who assisted with donation coordination and logistics. The overall toy drive totals will be announced in January, with updates to be shared via the website at www.teampar.com.

As RRNNJ continues to prioritize community engagement, initiatives like this reflect the firm’s commitment to making a positive impact beyond commercial real estate and supporting organizations like JBWS that serve those most in need.
