EAST HANOVER, NJ [November 13, 2025] – Resource Realty of Northern NJ (RRNNJ) recently arranged two industrial-property leases at adjacent sites that are part of the Ridgedale Industrial Park assemblage in East Hanover, NJ. The transactions involved 903 Murray Rd. (158,440 SF) and 906 Murray Rd. (15,005 SF), both located just off the major thoroughfare of Route 10, which connects to I-287.
Each of the leasing transactions was spearheaded by the RRNNJ team of Founding Principal Tom Consiglio and Principal Scott Peck, who represented the landlord in both transactions. Principal Brian Wilson represented Tri–State Cleaning and Restoration at 906 Murray Road. John Friedland of United Realty Advisors represented the tenant, J&J’s Tri–State Delivery Service at 903 Murray Road.
“These two leases reflect the unwavering strength of the Northern New Jersey industrial corridor and the sustained appetite for well-located assets,” said Consiglio. “The ability for our team to successfully represent the landlord at both buildings, while simultaneously delivering optimal results for the tenant at 903 and 906 Murray Road locations, speaks to the collective expertise and collaborative spirit we offer clients across the region.”
In 2023, Ridgedale Industrial Park was acquired by an investment fund managed by Summit-based Saxum Real Estate. Under the park’s former owner (Urban Edge), RRNNJ served as the exclusive leasing agent and was retained by current ownership to continue in this role.
RRNNJ’s Strategic Stewardship
The latest leasing transactions at these properties are part of RRNNJ’s extensive history with the premier, 1.2 million–square–foot Ridgedale Industrial Park, a major business center in Morris County, NJ. In fact, the firm’s involvement spans the past several years:
- RRNNJ was instrumental in developing a strategy on behalf of Urban Edge to successfully reposition the assets as premier warehouse, industrial and flex buildings prior to the sale
- The team represented Urban Edge in two acquisitions totaling 275,000 square feet, strategically strengthening and expanding the property collection
- RRNNJ also engineered the park’s overall expansion and helped secure seven new leases totaling 546,000 square feet in the preceding period
Resource Realty’s latest success is particularly meaningful as the firm celebrates its 35th year in business, a milestone recently marked by a client appreciation event.
“Executing these leases, at properties where we guided the portfolio from repositioning through its sale and now to renewed tenancy under new ownership, illustrates our 35 years of strategic, client-focused work,” added Peck. Throughout its history, RRNNJ has built a reputation for its deeply client-focused approach to commercial real estate deals, priding itself on not subscribing to a one-size-fits-all mantra and instead delivering tailored solutions that meet the complex needs of owners and tenants across the New Jersey/New York State region.
