RRNNJ represents CenterPoint in 125,000 SF renewal of prime asset connected to Stewart International Airport

Newburgh, NY (December 3, 2025) – Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) Principal Tom Consiglio and Vice President Todd Hali have brokered the FedEx Corp. lease renewal at 100 Enterprise Drive, a 125,000-square-foot, free-standing industrial facility owned by CenterPoint Properties in Newburgh, NY. Consiglio and Hali represented ownership in the transaction.

The building, custom-developed to support FedEx’s air cargo operations at nearby Stewart International Airport, remains a mission-critical component of the carrier’s regional logistics network. With daily flights into Stewart, the facility provides immediate proximity for receiving air cargo containers, processing shipments and redeploying deliveries, allowing FedEx to maintain the efficiency required for time-sensitive operations across the tristate area.

“Our long-standing presence and market expertise in the region positioned us well to support CenterPoint with this important renewal,” said Consiglio. “100 Enterprise provides FedEx with direct, irreplaceable access to Stewart Airport, and their continued commitment reflects the strength of both the asset and the region’s supply chain ecosystem.”

CenterPoint engaged RRNNJ based on the firm’s local insight, proven track record and deep understanding of the Southern New York industrial market, where retaining high-caliber tenants is increasingly important amid sustained demand for well-located logistics real estate.

“This transaction reinforces 100 Enterprise’s stature as a cornerstone asset servicing for this point of entry for goods handled by FedEx as well as the region,” said Hali. “This agreement further ensures the continuity of one of the region’s most strategic logistics operations for the foreseeable future.”
