Seven Brokerage Standouts Represent Veteran Expertise and Rising Talent
WOODBRIDGE, NJ [February 26, 2026] – NAI DiLeo-Bram & Co. (NAIDB) recently hosted its Annual Broker Celebration where the firm announced its Top Producers for 2025 and honored outstanding achievements across four other categories. The event highlighted NAIDB’s transaction volume spanning its seven-county focus for New Jersey’s industrial, office, retail, multifamily and land development sectors.
Leading the honors were Chris Galiano, managing director; Kyle Gerace, vice president; and Robert V. DiLeo, associate vice president; as the top-three performers who utilized their exceptional local market knowledge and experience to achieve extraordinary results for their clients.
Galiano, a perennial top producer with over 30 years of experience, facilitated several of the region’s most–prominent leasing, acquisition and disposition transactions while Gerace, also a repeat honoree, distinguished himself through high-velocity activity, especially within the small-bay industrial sector. Rounding out the top-three is DiLeo, who was involved in several off-market sale transactions in the industrial sector.
“Our 2025 honorees represent the highest standard of professional excellence,” said David A. Simon, chief operating officer. “Our annual award presentation not only celebrates the achievements of our top producers but also recognizes others whose accomplishments stood out over the past year and made a significant impact on our firm and the clients we serve.”
Special Recognition and Team Excellence
NAIDB’s Special Recognition Award was presented to the father-daughter duo of Vice President Richard Goski and Associate Vice President Catherine Goski-Vasquez, known as Team Goski. By integrating decades of brokerage history with modern business development strategies, Team Goski achieved a significant year-over-year increase in production, specifically within the industrial and flex-space sectors.
The celebration also featured two unique awards centered on potential and professional integrity. Associate Sweemit Goswami was named the Rising Star Award honoree – an award that is given when a deserving newcomer stands out – for demonstrating exceptional drive, curiosity and passion. Goswami’s performance in 2025 showed strong potential for future leadership within the industry.
The final Spotlight Award was presented to Vice President Jennifer Harrison. This award honors someone who embodies the legacy of the late Jeff Jones, including the core values and dedication he represented. Harrison was celebrated for her commitment to the firm’s collaborative culture and excellence.
NAIDB’s continued growth is fueled by a team that blends veteran market knowledge with fresh perspectives. Teamwork remains a daily practice at the firm, reinforced through regular recognition of both production milestones and individual character.
