(NAIDB) has successfully orchestrated the $18.2 million sale of 80 Executive Avenue, a 50,400-square-foot industrial warehouse and distribution facility. The firm negotiated the trade of the institutional-grade asset on behalf of the buyer, Fujipoly America LLC, from the seller, Menlo Executive Associates, LLC
