“Since the creation of The Fountain Group, we have focused on building projects that work in emerging markets like East Orange, where I have been involved with the EOPOA since its inception,” said Klein. “In my new role, I’m thrilled with this new opportunity to advance East Orange’s future as a live/work enclave for all.”

Klein joins board members President/Board Member Philip Evanski, managing member of Equis Realty Partners, LLC; Secretary/Board Member Marc Watkins, CEO of Rockledge Ventures, LLC; Treasurer/Board Member Abraham Brender, president of ASB Investments; and Board Member David Oropeza, executive managing director of Gebroe-Hammer Associates.
