PARSIPPANY, N.J. [April 27, 2026] – Linda Julien, office manager at Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) and a Gladstone native, has been named a 2026 Woman of Influence by GlobeSt.com, recognizing her leadership and humanitarian impact across the commercial real estate industry and the broader North Jersey/Southern New York State communities.
The annual GlobeSt. Women of Influence awards honor women who have made a significant mark in commercial real estate through their professional achievements, leadership and service. Julien was recognized in the Humanitarian category, highlighting her longstanding commitment to community engagement and charitable initiatives.
“Linda’s recognition is incredibly well deserved,” said Tom Consiglio, RRNNJ founding principal. “For two-and-a-half decades she has represented the heart of our organization, someone who not only ensures our business runs at the highest level but also makes a lasting difference in the communities we serve.”
A 25-year veteran of RRNNJ, Julien has built a reputation as both an operational leader and a driving force behind the firm’s philanthropic efforts. She has played a key role in sustaining the firm’s annual support of the Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter (JBWS) toy drive since its inception, helping ensure consistent participation year after year.
In 2025, to mark her 25th anniversary with the firm, she elevated that commitment by spearheading a “25-for-25 Donation Challenge,” rallying 25 organizations to contribute and ultimately benefiting more than 500 children.
Julien’s approach to leadership extends beyond traditional corporate responsibilities. In addition to overseeing day-to-day brokerage operations, financial management and marketing strategy, she has helped shape RRNNJ’s brand evolution and played a key role in elevating the firm’s visibility and industry recognition.
Her community involvement spans a wide range of causes, including leadership of the JBWS toy drive and participation in Community Hope’s fundraising efforts supporting veterans at the Lyons VA Medical Center. She is also an active member of CREW New Jersey and the Morris County Chamber, among other civic and charitable organizations.
“Leadership, to me, has always been about service,” Julien said. “I’m honored to be recognized alongside so many inspiring women and proud to represent the values that define our team and our community.”
GlobeSt.’s recognition underscores Julien’s unique ability to balance high-level corporate operations with meaningful community impact, a combination that has made her a guiding force of RRNNJ and a respected figure throughout the region.
