Livingston, NJ [August 4, 2026] – SAGE Investment Real Estate Advisors (SAGE), based in Livingston, N.J., has expanded its growing brokerage team with the addition of Katie Migner as associate salesperson.
Migner joins SAGE with a diverse commercial real estate background spanning project management, property administration and construction coordination. In her new role, she will support the firm’s investment sales platform while working alongside SAGE’s senior advisors to further develop her brokerage expertise through the company’s collaborative mentorship approach.
Prior to joining SAGE, Migner spent more than five years with JLL, where she advanced from property administrator to associate project manager. During this time, she coordinated complex commercial real estate projects, collaborated with multiple stakeholders and developed a strong operational foundation that is a springboard for her transition into investment brokerage sales.

Migner earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Montclair State University and is a licensed New Jersey real estate salesperson.
