Jaime Masler Beach, Kelli Glasgow, LoriAnne Jones among this year’s standouts
NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ / PHILADELPHIA, PA [May 12, 2026] – In an industry where female representation remains a critical focus, DIGroup Architecture (DIG) is breaking new ground by celebrating a trifecta of female-leadership excellence. Three of its senior team members – Associate Principals Jaime Masler Beach and Kelli Glasgow and Senior Project Manager LoriAnne Jones – have been named to this year’s Women of Influence Class of 2026 by GlobeSt.com and Real Estate Forum.

- Jaime Masler Beach, AIA, NCARB – Associate Principal
Recognized for her “more-with-less” facilitation and her ability to manage over $200 million in active construction value, Masler Beach has spent 25 years moving beyond the traditional role of an architect. She is a groundbreaking force in civic and institutional infrastructure, overseeing the $140M Union County Government Complex and a $70M renovation to Kean University’s main campus.
Making a Difference: Masler Beach is a vocal advocate for a “family-first” leadership philosophy, proving that executive-level success in architecture does not require sacrificing personal values or family presence. - Kelli Glasgow, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP BD+C – Associate Principal
As the 2026 President of AIA Newark & Suburban Architects (AIANS), Glasgow represents over 600 members as a leader dedicated to breaking new ground in equity. She oversees complex adaptive-reuse and education projects, including the $30M modernization of Union College’s Physical Education Center.
Making a Difference: In her dual role as DIG’s Director of Employee Engagement, Glasgow bridges the gap between the classroom and the firm, nurturing partnerships with regional vocational schools to ensure underrepresented students see themselves reflected in the profession. - LoriAnne Jones, AIA, NOMA, EDAC, LEED AP BD+C – Senior Project Manager
Jones is a distinguished leader in healthcare and education design, specializing in evidence-based environments that improve end-user outcomes. As one of only approximately 550 licensed women architects of color in the U.S., she has spent over 16 years breaking barriers through the ACE Mentor Program, earning the 2024 ACE Outstanding Mentor Award.
Making a Difference: Beyond leading groundbreaking projects for major providers like Urban Health Plan, Jones is a “door-opener” who has guided hundreds of students toward AEC careers, normalizing representation through high-level leadership roles within AIA New Jersey.
As a certified Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE), DIGroup Architecture has spent 20 years redefining the physical environment to eliminate socioeconomic barriers in public and independent schools, community spaces like libraries, colleges and universities, hospitals and federally qualified health care centers, community clinics and senior living communities along the New Jersey-Pennsylvania-New York corridor.
