Parsippany, N.J. [November 18, 2025] – In celebration of both a milestone anniversary and a beloved community tradition, Resource Realty of Northern New Jersey (RRNNJ) is launching its 8th Annual Toy Drive to support Jersey Battered Women’s Shelter (JBWS), an organization dedicated to helping individuals and families affected by domestic violence.

The toy drive, organized in partnership with TeamPAR, a New Jersey-based commercial interior design, flooring and procurement company, has become a cornerstone of RRNNJ’s community outreach. What began as a small in-office effort has grown into a robust regional initiative that last year helped brighten the holidays for more than 500 children served by JBWS. This is TeamPAR’s 25th anniversary supporting the clients of JBWS.

This year, RRNNJ’s own Office Manager Linda Julien – marking her 25th anniversary with the firm – is challenging the local business and commercial real estate community to step up in a big way. Through her “25-for-25 Donation Challenge,” Julien aims to inspire 25 individual donors or organizations to contribute to this year’s drive, helping ensure that children and families in need experience the joy of the holiday season.

Over the past two and a half decades, Julien has become a pillar of the RRNNJ team, known for her compassion, dedication and leadership both internally and beyond the office. From coordinating charitable initiatives to keeping day-to-day operations running with efficiency and expediency, she has long embodied the company’s commitment to service.

“This initiative is important to me because it brings hope and joy into what can be a difficult season for so many families. It’s a reminder that compassion truly has the power to change lives,” said Julien. “In honor of my 25 years with the company, I’m matching our firm’s longstanding commitment to JBWS by rallying 25 selfless organizations to give back. Every gift makes a real difference for these families, especially the children.”

A Tradition of Caring and Connection
For nearly 35 years, RRNNJ has woven community service into its company culture. This belief is evident throughout the company’s philanthropic involvement. Beyond the toy drive, RRNNJ has maintained a decades-long partnership with the United Way of Northern New Jersey, where Principal Scott Peck has served on the Real Estate Committee for over 25 years. Together, the committee has raised more than $4.5 million to support working families, including first responders, healthcare workers and childcare providers facing housing and financial insecurity.

At its core, Resource Realty’s mission is about people – fostering connection, compassion and hope across the communities its team members and clients call home.

How to Participate
RRNNJ invites businesses, community groups and individuals to join the “25-for-25” initiative by becoming a member of the Selfless ElvesTeam and donating gifts at their drop-off location in the lobby of the firm’s office building, located at 299 Cherry Hill Rd., Parsippany, NJ. For those unable to drop off a new toy, “click and ship” is available through the online JBWS Amazon Wish List: https://a.co/0nsDgwM.

All gifts should be new and unwrapped. Following the collection deadline on December 10, the gifts will be delivered to JBWS.
