The transaction was spearheaded by NAIDB Vice Presidents Kyle Gerace and Chris Chiusolo, along with Associate Sweemit Goswami, on behalf of the buyer, Approved Fire Protection. The seller was PepsiCo, Inc. / Frito Lay.
